I welcome the allocation of €1,005,000 in funding for roads that have suffered severe flooding.
These roads were impassable and works include raising road levels, installing drainage and replacing of existing inadequate road surface drainage systems.
It is vital that such works are carried to ensure roads are passable during the winter months.
