I welcome the funding for the Walks Project in Loughrea in the Outdoor Recreation Amenities.
“Funding of €200,000 has been allocated to the project and the works will include the continued regeneration of The Walk, specifically three sections from the river bend to the bank will be repaired/restored”.
“This funding is very welcome at a time when outdoor activities are important for the wellbeing of people. This is a continuation of the funding I initiated in the Department in my time as Minister”.
