I attended the Special Committee on Disability Matters and we heard inspiring contributions from Special Olympics Ireland, Trinity Centre and WALK.
As legislators we need to change many of our laws to ensure that people with disabilities are given equal access and equal opportunity as a right.
Our Committee intend to make a difference, we intend to keep Government accountable in bringing forward the legislation necessary to make this difference.
