SCBI Supporting Agri Investment

Since its establishment at the end of 2017 the Strategic Banking Corporation of Ireland (SCBI) has provided 11,567 loans totalling €330 million to the agriculture sector.
€185 million of this money was for investment, loaned at an average interest rate of 5.1% with an average term of 55 months. The remaining €145 million was for working capital, at an interest rate of 2.95% for an average term of 46 months.
