We had a very busy and well-attended funding information workshop at the Ard Rí House Hotel in Tuam last week that was hosted by Galway County Public Participation Network (PPN).
It is very important that all community, sports and voluntary organisations are aware of the funding opportunities available, some of which are administered by my department, the Department of Rural and Community Development.
The workshop provided information on how to apply for funding under the following schemes:
Community Support Schemes 2020
The Community Enhancement Programme
The Urban / Rural Regeneration Development Fund (URDF & RRDF)
The Town & Village Renewal Scheme
Clár
The Outdoor Recreation Infrastructure Scheme (ORIS)
The Culture Capital Scheme 2019 – 2022
Artist Support Scheme & Tyrone Guthrie Residency
Healthy Ireland Fund (Community Cooking Programme, Go For Life Equipment Programme, Community Mental Health Small Grants Scheme).
Further information is available by contacting Niamh Seoighe, the PPN Resource Officer @ 091 509147 or at [email protected]
