I handed in my nomination papers today for the General Election on Saturday February 8 to Returning Officer Marian Chambers Higgins.
I am standing for re-election as an Independent in Galway East.
If you are not currently registered to vote, the deadline to submit forms to Galway County Council’s Register of Electors is close of business this Wednesday January 22.
