Letters of intent issued for two Galway Schools

Letters of intent to proceed to construction have issued for two schools in County Galway, Clarin College in Athenry and Coláiste Bhaile Chláir, Claregalway.
The successful contractors have now to formalise their paperwork to allow construction contracts to proceed. Clarin College is a ‘rapid build’ project with a construction duration of 50 weeks. I expect contracts to be signed and construction to begin on site in the coming weeks.
