Information evenings about how to make your home more energy efficient and what grants may be available have been extremely popular throughout the constituency.
The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland will be holding a free public information event at the Community Hall, Portumna on Thursday June 20 at 7.30pm.
The evening is being facilitated by Irish Rural Link and it will also be attended by SEAI-registered contractors, Churchfield Home Services.
SEAI grants available for homeowners include those for insulation, heat pump systems, heating controls, solar water heating and solar electricity.
