Congratulations to students Alex Browne, Gary Warren and Brian Igoe from St Jarlath’s College, Tuam, Co. Galway who were named as Regional Ambassadors for their work on the Green-Schools Water Ambassador Programme.
The programme is run by the Green Schools movement and is supported by Irish Water. The next generation understand the importance of conserving water.
In the past year alone, as a result of this programme, Green-Schools have saved almost 600 million litres of water.
