A Portumna tour bike company has received more than €14,000 in LEADER funding from the Department of Rural and Community Development.
Minister Seán Canney said: “I am delighted that JH Bike Tours has received this allocation from my Department.
“The funding is for investment in quality bikes and e-bikes.
“JH Bike is an established bike-touring business and it is important that we support rural tourism, particularly in Portumna, which is central to Fáilte Ireland’s strategy for Ireland’s Hidden Heartlands.”
