I welcome the confirmation from the Minister for Education that the proposal to amalgamate the Boys and Girls National Schools in Athenry is part of the Departments Capital plans.
The proposal will include the construction of a new fit for purpose national school to ensure that Primary School education in Athenry is delivered in modern educational facilities fully quipped to deliver education for our children.
