News that funding has been granted to Seamount College, Kinvara by the Department of Education under the Emergency Works scheme is very welcome. The funding will be used for structural work on the school. The School Building Unit will issue detailed letters on the project directly to the school authorities informing them of the amount of grant aid sanctioned by the Department.
I will continue to work in coming months to ensure that further funding required for additional classrooms at the school is allocated.
