Galway Parkinsons was this week allocated €40,000 in funding from the HSE, which is a very welcome development for people in Galway county and living with Parkinsons.
This funding under a Section 39 application follows strong representations from myself and also from my Oireachtas colleagues from across the county. I am delighted that Galway Parkinsons has received funding and this will enable them to continue to provide services to over 110 members in Galway City and County.
