As the lambing season approaches I would urge all dog owners to keep their dogs under control at all times.
Every year farmers in county Galway lose sheep to dog attacks and I would urge all pet owners to keep their pets under control at all times. It is hugely distressing for farmers to see sheep killed, maimed and injured as a result of these needless attacks and I would urge local communities to be mindful of the need to prevent these attacks.
